Users might want to process an RO-Crate folder which hasn't been stored as a zip file. Should we support this? If not we need to advise that crates have to be zipped.
Also tied into this is the location that we put the results of the validation. Currently we are putting the results into a folder which is named the same as the RO-Crate - should we continue with this, or instead have unique file names for the validation results which contain the RO-Crate name?
