v0.1 First draft

This release contains the first draft (v0.1) of the Federated Learning RO-Crate Profile.

It can be reached through a landing page which also has information about the example, the licensing, source repo, etc.

The GitHub repository includes the source code for the profile and the example, as well as the website config. The issues list topics that could be added.

Feel free to raise new issues or comment on the existing ones with any feedback, especially if you know of useful vocabularies or existing metadata patterns we could draw from.
