[Feature Request] Ladder loading

I would like to have a feature where I can load multiple loads at different charge weights automatically.

Setup will require:

1. Start charge weight (example 44.0 gr)
2. Charge step size (example 0.2gr)
3. Number of loads per charge weight (example 3)
4. Number of charge weights (example 5)

In the examples above, the opentrickler will start at 44gr, throw 3 (successful) charges, then automatically increment the charge weight to 44.2gr, throw 3 charges, increase to 44.4, 3 charges, until 44.8 and 3 charges.

The display should show the current charge weight, load number 1/3, 2/3, 3/3 and the charge weight count 1/5, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5, 5/5.
