Patch: Upgrade libraries and APIs

Patches for the echo3extras build process:

• Use Echo 3.0.2 (instead of 3.0.1)
• Define dir.lib before using it
• Use Servlet API 2.5 (instead of 2.4)
• Use JUnit version from ant.properties
