Patch: Upgrade libraries and APIs

Patches for the echo3filetransfer build process:

• Use Echo 3.0.2 (instead of 3.0.0)
• Use Java 1.5 (instead of 1.4)
• Use Servlet API 2.5 (instead of 2.4)
• Use Commons IO 2.4 (instead of 2.2) and FileUpload 1.3.1 (instead of 1.3)
