Trace Compass Cloud Deployment fails

Bug Description:

With CDT Cloud Blueprint 1.66.200 we switched from the Trace Compass Theia extension to the VS Code extension.

When trying to deploy this version in Theia Cloud, the trace viewer extension does not detect the running server.
