Improve/Rework validation mechanisms

This is an epic for all improvements for the validation:

• Use modelserver v2 for validation
• Rethink usage of validation framework and update accordingly (currently some requests go over the framework and some directly to the modelserver)
• Add action to trigger validation #428
• Decide about live validation strategy (always on/ toggle)
• Do we even need single validation
