This change adds Eclipse p2 wiki pages, migrated with the process recommended by the Eclipse help desk: 1. Export the Eclipse wiki pages. 2. Convert the pages to markdown with: mediawiki-to-gfm 3. Images used in the pages are downloaded separately. Postprocessing is required for the pages, to: * Fix links between pages. * Adjust paths to images. Nices to have would be: * Remove obviously outdated information. * Mark pages with potentially outdated information. The goal is to add the resulting pages to the docs/ folder.
