I guess this is generated. It might be nicer if it added a new line that ended in a new line and did not assume it needed to add a line delimiter before the line being added...

It was already attempted to check that, but that check contains a bug, which I try to fix with

• Fix check for trailing newline in 'touch on comparator error'-pipeline eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.releng.aggregator#3816
