There is no longer any support for EOL versions of Jetty, and those versions should not be used.
Those versions should be removed from your supported list.
That means you only support what is supported by Eclipse Jetty itself.
If a user wants to continue to use an older EOL versions of Jetty, then they do not upgrade your Jetty Plugin for Eclipse, just like they do with Jetty itself.
