Drop support for all EOL versions of Eclipse Jetty.

There is no longer any support for EOL versions of Jetty, and those versions should not be used.

Those versions should be removed from your supported list.

That means you only support what is supported by Eclipse Jetty itself.

If a user wants to continue to use an older EOL versions of Jetty, then they do not upgrade your Jetty Plugin for Eclipse, just like they do with Jetty itself.

If you do not want to drop support for EOL versions of Jetty.

Then you must clearly indicate that the versions the user is using is EOL and unsupported.
This should be very obvious, everywhere.

• Your UIs should indicate it.
• Error indicators in Eclipse should indicate it. (this is not a warning, it must be an error, with the only way to disable it being to upgrade to a supported version of Jetty)
• Icons on the projects that use them should indicate it this error in use.
• The dependencies to these EOL versions in the project should be in error as well.
• Any version selection screen should clearly indicate per-EOL version that it is EOL, not a generic statement next to the version list.
