Guides on how to use Langium in other IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ)

This continues https://github.com/eclipse-langium/langium/issues/999. We currently offer a VS Code extension by default, but we should have a small section that hints towards how to implement a language server with Langium for other IDEs.
