Missing SVG icons

The following is a (not necessarily complete) list of icons in m2e that miss an SVG version. It is extracted from a list in the eclipse.platform.images repository that was created by @Michael5601 when adding SVG support to SWT and integrating the SVG files into the actual bundles:

Since the work of Michael is done and since that repository is about to be archived and the issue with the list will be closed, I repost it here. If it's not of interest for you, feel free to just close it.

org.eclipse.m2e.core.ui:

org.eclipse.m2e.editor:

• Many GIFs and PNGs without SVG

org.eclipse.m2e.pde.ui:

• 8 GIFs and PNGs without SVG
