Vscode extension duplicate content of a file

I am working on a project with my colleague (host).
When I connect to him at first it's working properly but after 2 minutes every file that I open it duplicates the content.
We are connected through the docker Image, in LAN, behind nginx with TLS.
Same happens if he connects to me.

I also tested wihtout other extensions, asked my collegue to do the same thing, so both with only open-collaboration-server@0.3.1 as extension the problem occur.

I've seen this happen as well in the web playground. I'll take a look at this in the upcoming days.

I've taken a look but I can't really seem to reproduce this. Even after letting the session sit a while longer, opening, editing, closing, reopening, re-editing, nothing seems to produce this behavior in the vscode extension.

I plan on refactoring some of the change handling soon anyway, since I'm not happy with some of the workarounds we had to implement due to VSCode's async editing mechanism. Hopefully that should resolve it.
