It might be related to vmfarm - Adoptium introduced a requirement for ant 1.9.1 or later

Indeed it is related to https://github.ibm.com/runtimes/infrastructure/issues/11930. The plan is to update ant on these platforms, which I don't expect to happen until at least Tues.
