New View Icon for "Preference Spy"

The current view icon in only available as raster icon (PNG) - and SVG did not exist. The current icon also did not fit very well into the "Eclipse style of icons".

The new version was recreated as SVG and reworked to fit better into the style of the other Eclipse icons.
