Do we also publish the Eclipse features to Maven or still only the plug-ins?

IIRC a few releases ago we published only the plug-ins.

As the PDE-M2E integration allows to add published features as dependencies (and get all the plug-ins from them) having the features also in Maven Central would be benefical.

This is done automatically, but I also just deleted the now obsolete I- and Y-build jobs for 4.38 and the associated tests.
