    *actually* held by any process. Fixes that and added tests for
    `WorkspaceLock`.

Beside the fact that nothing was changed compared to the last build or since few days, I don't see any .gitignore file anywhere in the plugin.

@laeubi : Not sure if this file is automatically generated by some git tooling that is used by tycho during build? But why only for this bundle? Or is it some regression in tycho itself?

Looking at previous good I-build there is a .gitignore file in https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/eclipse/updates/4.40-I-builds/I20260330-0010/plugins/org.eclipse.ui.tests.source_3.16.100.v20260327-1616.jar . I don't have explanation where this one came from but to me it shouldn't be there.

What happens is:

• Tycho moved to plexus-util 4.0.3 (Bump org.codehaus.plexus:plexus-utils from 3.5.1 to 4.0.3 eclipse-tycho/tycho#5941) to resolve CVE https://github.com/eclipse-tycho/tycho/security/dependabot/15
• Plexus Util 4.0.1 (https://github.com/codehaus-plexus/plexus-utils/releases/tag/plexus-utils-4.0.1) contains - Add .gitignore to default excludes (Add .gitignore to default excludes codehaus-plexus/plexus-utils#269)

I expect this to happen for many other bundles - once they face a change that is not accompanied/requiring version bump.
A touch of this bundle is required now and may be needed for more bundles in the future.

I don't see any .gitignore file anywhere in the plugin.

It is there, but not in the root of the bundle but in the src folder, .gitignore in org.eclipse.ui.tests was added via eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.ui@941c8bb
