The feature is referenced nowhere else than in the eclipse-junit-tests p2-repository and therefore this indirection is not necessary. Follow-up on - eclipse-platform#3772 - eclipse-platform#3779

The feature is referenced nowhere else than in the
eclipse-junit-testsp2-repository and therefore this indirection is not necessary.Additionally this unbreaks the Oomph-setup, which was failing because the test Plug-ins included into the
o.e.sdk.testsfeature are not available in the Eclipse p2-repository any-more (and the Targlet pulls in all requirements of all Plug-ins and Features).Likewise the version increment check is fixed with this.
