@fedejeanne one would usually perform the initial PR creation and refinement in the fork see

For this matter you can continue here if you like but doing in on a regular basis creates to much notifications usually as copilot is rather verbose.

@laeubi thank you for the pointer. I was trying to use this for something on my private repo and it went directly to the Eclipse repo!

One has to be a bit careful to open the panel on the forked repo (or select the correct repo first).

The easiest for me was to enable issues in my fork, then create an issue with description there and assign it to copilot.
Then one does not need to write the prompt in this small box and can be sure it uses the right repo as well.
