Search overlay Icon too large on Windows with 4K monitor at 175% zoom

Let's make sure issue is not already fixed in latest builds first.

• I verified I can reproduce this issue against latest Integration Build of Eclipse SDK

Steps to reproduce

Open the search overlay on any file on and the search icon on the very right is too large:

Tested under this environment:

• OS & version: Windows 10
• Eclipse IDE/Platform version (as shown in Help > About):
  • Version: 2025-06 (4.36)
  • Build id: I20250501-0710
• Monitor-Setup: 4K resolution with 175% screen-zoom set up in Windows.
