Remove obsolete Process Group specific supervision functionality (#231)
* Remove ProcessStateTracker * Remove processgroupstate from hm monitor lib * Adapt config mapping accordingly * Small corrections after rebasing * Small improvements * Remove duplicate method * Fix config mapping tests after folder restructure
