Inconsistencies in naming convention inside opc-ua packaged

Ah, now I noticed a little bit of inconsistency in the file naming scheme, sometimes using _ sometime - . We can fix it later with a refector PR.

I propose to add a verification step , it's quick easy to automate this type of check and make sure the build fails in case a file does'nt follow the kebab-case convention
