Change deprecation compiler setting from error to warning for org.eclipse.tracecompass.tmf.cli.core plug-in to allow use of Option.Builder.build() and HelpFormatter that were deprecated in org.apache.commons.cli 1.10.0. Signed-off-by: Patrick Tasse <patrick.tasse@gmail.com>
