Which day of the week it is better for you to meet in a "Monthly" Committer meeting?

We are planning to move our committer meeting to happen once a month, all the other topics are discussed in the office hour and once a month there is a decision making round with the committers with the topics we "gather" during the office hour.

Please tell us which is the best day of the week for the committer meeting which you could attend, and also the time.
