Consistency: Command has property 'type' but it's type is called 'CommandKind'

Maybe the type should be called CommandType or the property should be called kind.

My preference would be to rename the enumeration type as CommandTypeKind (the "Kind" suffix is a common pattern in some modeling circles) but CommandType works if that is the consensus.
