Add a License Pre-Check to installer

During the installation pre-checks, we should include a license validation and activation check.

• Licenses which are invalid should report a fatal error.
• Licenses which are activated for a different machine should report a fatal error.
  • The activation check involves activation for the machine where Edera is being installed — daemon startup will try to reactivate and the proxy will report success so long as fingerprints match.

This check should be optional to allow for installations where the license will be provided upon machine startup.
