Update eca-webview: keep compact subheader icon spacing on narrow viewports

Bump eca-webview to 0e2ed7b ("Scope subheader 44x44 hit-target rule to
touch devices only"). The mobile-tuned 44x44 hit-target rule was also
firing on narrow non-touch viewports (resized desktop browsers,
embedded narrow iframes), creating uneven gaps between the right-side
subheader icons. The rule is now scoped to `pointer: coarse` so it
only kicks in on actual touch devices; non-touch narrow viewports
keep the compact wide-width icon spacing.
