Add "OA6 Video Codec" (HEVC/AVC) picker and "OA6 Enhanced RTMP" toggle to DebugVideoSettingsView, threaded into the Osmo Action 6 start-streaming payload. Defaults to AVC with Enhanced RTMP off; other DJI devices unaffected. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8
