A user reported that they use the Markdown preview window when reading .md files, but it doesn't work correctly for .effekt.md files.
It would be nice to take a look if we can fix that somehow [while still keeping Effekt syntax highlighting, being able to run the file, Effekt LSP functionality, etc.] :)
