Parsing loops when Git Graph tab is open

When running command while Git Graph extension tab is open, parsing tabs is infinitely looping. Might be issue for other extension tabs as well.

I also get an infinite loop in some cases but unfortunately was unable to pin-point which tab was causing the issue exactly.

@phunanon I believe there's also a race condition, because sometimes when I just try to run it again it works okay. But this is only when there are no tabs from extensions (such as Git Graph).

@phunanon Hey, fyi, VS Code added Git: Close All Diff Editors command in 1.65.0 so this extension is no longer necessary (🥲) and you can use that instead.

I noticed, thank you! Unfortunately I don't have the Insider's edition at work so I'm waiting patiently :^)

I believe it is production release, I don't have Insider as well.
