Add Trigger panel: Schedule hour/minute row misaligned and too wide

Problem description

In the “Add Trigger” dialog (Schedule tab), the Hour and Minute fields are not visually centered as a pair, the row stretches wider than needed, and it sits too close to the right edge (missing a comfortable right margin).
