Hello,
I came across this project from a mention in the open source subreddit.
I see within the project you heavily position the project as open source:

100% Open Source

Eigent is completely open-sourced.

Looking at your license though, this would not be widely considered as open source since it does not provide open use, modification & distribution due to the user-segmentation element added to the license, and it fails to meet the widely considered open source definition.

Typically this kind of software may be referred to as "source available".
If you're wondering why folks may consider this kind of thing important, it's something I've written across a couple of blogposts:

To be clear, I have nothing against the license itself, I totally respect the right to license your efforts as you need/desire, but I think that promoting this as open source may be misleading to many.
