[Character request] Plain zero , reverse slash zero and cut-out slash zero variants.

Monaspace have five variants for digit zero:

1. dot zero (default)
2. plain zero
3. slash zero
4. reverse slash zero
5. cut-out slash zero

This typeface already has dot zero and slash zero. I'd like to see the other three variants here as well.
