fix: update 60 icons with revised glyphs from EUI batch update (#9303) (#3397)

The initial sync only added missing icons but did not update existing
ones that changed visually. The EUI "Glyph batch updates" commit
(c1ef898b, Jan 9 2026) revised the artwork for 60 icons including
brush, pencil, share, download, boxes_vertical, and others.
