Browser access requirements [browser-access]

If your organization restricts outbound browser traffic with a firewall, proxy, or secure web gateway, ensure users can access the following domains.

Standard {{ecloud}} domains

These domains are used for the {{ecloud}} console, authentication, and deployment or project endpoints:

  • cloud.elastic.co
  • *.cloud.es.io
  • *.elastic.cloud

Additional required domains

These domains are required to load certain assets used by the {{ecloud}} console and {{kib}}:

  • console.estccdn.com: Serves static assets required by the {{ecloud}} console after sign-in. If unreachable, some pages in cloud.elastic.co might appear blank.

  • kibana.estccdn.com: Serves assets required to load {{kib}} in {{serverless-short}} projects. If unreachable, {{kib}} might appear as a blank page.
