Adds 482 Stellar ecosystem repositories via a new migration (
migrations/2026-06-29T120000_add_stellar_grantfox_repos), submitted as part of the GrantFox campaign.These are active builder/team repositories across the Stellar/Soroban ecosystem (Trustless Work, SafeTrust, OFFER-HUB, StellarLend, Predictify, and many others).
