Add product/design people to the Element org on GitHub

It's not clear whether someone commenting on a PR is just his suggestions/opinion or it's something that blocks the PR, so having a "Member" badge for all Element employees on GitHub will make it clearer.

It should be clear if you hover over a user's profile on GitHub whether they belong to Element or not. I don't believe any of our product/design/reviewers exist outside Element.

It's not impossible GitHub is mucking up, though.

OK, I see that e.g. mxandreas is here now, but at least Aaron (@americanrefugee) is still not an org member, though he has written in the profile that he works at Element.

Ah yes fair point. Not everyone who is in the org chooses to make their membership public which is up to them. I can see that from a contributors standpoint it's quite hard to tell. Perhaps instead of requiring this to be public, we should twiddle the GitHub settings such that it shows a review as blocking if it comes from a member in the right team.

BTW, it might be also better to list teams somewhere, e.g. so that I would be able to ping the product or design team instead of pinging a specific person.
