Revert upgrade of UnifiedPush lib ?

We have merged #4358 and we need to decide if this is safe to send it to production.

If there are issues, it's probably safer to revert and investigate more before doing the release.

Adding Z-NextRelease label so that we do not forget to visit this issue.

didn't have any issues with selfhosted ntfy.
