Enable Daily OS 9 workflow

26.04 runner is not yet available at the moment, which causes Daily OS 9 workflow keeps running infinitely to wait for the runner to be found. So, I temporally disabled the workflow.

This issue is a reminder task ticket to enable it once 26.04 runner gets available.
