What Happened?
The "Applications" launcher indicator in the top left of the Wingpanel appears three times side by side instead of once. I am not sure what triggered this. It appeared suddenly during normal usage. The three indicators look identical and sit next to each other where the single Applications launcher normally is.

Steps to Reproduce
I unfortunately do not know the exact steps that cause the issue. It appeared during normal desktop usage.
Expected Behavior
The "Applications" launcher indicator should appear only once in the top left of the Wingpanel.

8.x (Circe)
OS Architecture
amd64 (on most hardwares)
Session Type
Secure Session (Wayland, This is the default)
Software Version
Latest release (I have run all updates)
