This PR adds support for uv.lock files.
This is not only useful because it adds support for another package manager, but it's also needed to replace the current package manger
poetrywithuv, to keep everything working ( i.e. https://github.com/elementsinteractive/twyn/blob/main/.github/workflows/security.yml#L30 ).Closes #160.
