Overview
Regenerates the Python SDK with a newer Fern CLI and bumps package version to 2.46.0.

Adds new Conversational AI capabilities: conversational_ai.conversations.get_sip_messages, a full conversations.tags subclient (create/list/get/update/delete plus assign/unassign tags), and additional conversation listing filters (e.g., exclude_statuses, tag_ids, plus expanded evaluation/tool/language filtering). Also extends batch_calls.list with optional agent_id filtering.

Introduces a new enterprise workspace.audit_logs.list client and refreshes the public exports/types in __init__.py accordingly, along with various documentation updates in reference.md (new params, corrected guidance, and minor example tweaks).
