Cross compile issue with linux musl

@cocoa-xu looking for a little guidance here, perhaps you know better than me but my github actions keep failing:

I tried mirroring the files in a separate repo, but that's not playing nice because github is blocking non browser traffic from downloading. If I can't come to a resolution with this, I am going to have to drop precompiled binaries.

I've put a simple 20 line Cloudflare worker in place to help us work around this in the short term. The caching is set to a week which means requests won't hit the origin very often.

Just replace https://musl.cc/whatever with https://musl.cc.timfish.dev/whatever.

@timfish I appreciate it, but how much is that costing you and how long are you planning on operating it for? I don't want it to burden you, when it's saving the downstream consumers ~10 seconds compiling time.

I get 10 million requests included in the $5/month I already pay for cloudflare workers and bandwidth is free so I doubt it will end up costing me anything more than that.

We've been in touch with the musl.cc maintainer and we're hoping to find a longer term solution so this is just a stopgap.

Prebuilds are just nice for those users who for whatever reason don't have build tools installed!

Hmm, okay, that will mean I don't have to go nuclear with #328

If you come up with a longer term solution with the musl.cc maintainers can you open a ticket here about it? I would be hugely grateful.
