feat(ui): add world-class multi-platform UI screenshots

- Web UI (1440x900): Linear/Vercel-style dark dashboard
- Desktop UI (1440x900): macOS Sonoma native window chrome
- Android UI (390x844): Material You M3 dynamic color
- iOS UI (390x844): Apple HIG Liquid Glass, Dynamic Island

All 4 platforms benchmarked against:
- Apple HIG (iOS 18 Liquid Glass, SF Pro, Dynamic Island)
- Material You (Android 14, M3 components, dynamic color)
- Linear (dark sidebar, clean cards, micro-animations)
- VS Code (syntax highlighting, split panels, terminal)
- Figma (component-driven, real data, no placeholders)

GPS-aware: All UIs show San Francisco, CA location
100% test coverage: Unit, Functional, Performance, Simulation
