Add additional flags: `--library-only` / `--addon-only` / `--no-tests`

This would mean we:

• use all the publish configs as the default configs
• don't generate a test-app
• don't even have vite installed
• don't generate a demo-app

Other flags that would be useful:

• --no-demo
• --no-tests
• --no-stylelint
• --no-prettier
• --no-eslint
• --no-templatelint
• --no-linting
• --module (generates with type=module)
