Milestone 1: Overview

In this milestone, learners explore the Threadbare Project Board (aka "Backlog") to understand the types of contributions needed. They identify an issue or opportunity that matches their interests and skills. This step should take place over a one-hour facilitated session or approximately one hour of independent exploration and decision-making.

Goals:
Understand the scope of the Threadbare backlog
Select a design issue or improvement from the Threadbare backlog

Guiding Questions:
What part of Threadbare's core game systems are you excited to improve or extend?
Which open issues align with your strengths or interests?

For Facilitators:
