BAT-6 Add command execution functionality for task management

This commit introduces a new module for handling CLI commands related to task management, including adding, starting, editing, and removing tasks. It also refactors the main application to utilize these new command functions, improving code organization and readability. Additionally, the UI has been updated to support command input and display status messages, enhancing user interaction.
