This PR implements the ability to search past text messages for a recipient and introduces pagination, displaying a maximum of 100 messages per page. This allows users to efficiently browse and find specific messages within a recipient's history without loading all messages at once.
Test Plan
Manually verified search and pagination functionality in the browser by navigating to a recipient's past messages, entering search terms, and using the pagination controls.
