Current options for Frontend Accessibility Checker Position are bottom right and bottom left:
We should add a "Check this page" option in the admin bar menu that will toggle open the front end highlighter:
Then we can add a position setting for "Hide Button (Admin Bar Only)".
There are cases when you might not want the button floating over content, but don't want to disable it completely. Also, it would be useful to have this setting if there are already floating elements in the left and right corners.
