Fix bash arithmetic bug, add releases workflow, document customization

Closes #35, #19, #21

## Bug Fix
- Fix bash arithmetic error in version comparison (Issue #35)
- Problem: Version "0.3.3" → "3.3" failed in integer comparison
- Solution: Add `| cut -d. -f1` to extract only major version number
- Fixed in both occurrences (lines 63 and 165)

## New Feature
- Add GitHub releases workflow (Issue #19)
- Auto-creates releases when SCRIPT_VERSION changes in helper script
- Generates release notes automatically
- Allows users to watch repo and get notifications
- Includes installation instructions in release notes

## Documentation
- Document command name customization (Issue #21)
- Added "Customize command name" section to README
- Shows how to rename /docs to /claude-docs or any preferred name
- Simple mv command - no complex migration needed

Testing: All changes are non-breaking and backwards compatible
